At Reena Tex, every saree is carefully selected and shipped with care. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with an easy exchange and transparent return process. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at dhinessurya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returned items go through a quality and hygiene inspection once received by our team. Exchanges will be approved or declined based on the condition of the returned product.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange or return in the following cases:
- The product has been worn, washed, or used.
- Tags or packaging are missing or tampered with.
- The item has stains, perfume/deodorant smells, or damage not caused during transit.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll share a pickup label and instructions via email. Please pack the product securely, attach the label, and hand it over to the pickup partner.
After the product reaches us and clears inspection, your exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days.
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please email clear photos or videos to dhinessurya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order and only for defect reasons.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the product amount. Store credits are valid for 45 days from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer monetary refunds.
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Approved refund will be processed through original payment method or through store credit, valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
To initiate a return, contact dhinessurya@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing dhinessurya@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
In case of a successful cancellation, refund amount or a store credit equal to the order amount will be issued, valid for 45 days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Exchange and return pickup services are available only at select pin codes. If your location is non-serviceable, we may request you to self-ship the parcel.
- Original shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- In case of repeated returns or suspected misuse of our policy, Reena Tex reserves the right to deny future service or orders.
