1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak times (such as holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Standard shipping within India usually takes 4–7 business days after processing.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
  • Delivery to remote or rural locations may take up to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply. All applicable fees and taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most locations, with a small fee applicable. The COD option may be limited to certain pin codes.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
  • If you experience any tracking issues, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

5. Delivery Locations

  • Currently, Reena Tex only ships within India.
  • We’re working to expand internationally in the near future — stay tuned!

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, or carrier issues).
  • If your order is delayed, our customer support team will keep you informed and assist with any questions.
  • Reena Tex shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team at dhinessurya@gmail.com. After this period, modifications may not be possible as processing begins.
  • For changes, please reach out to our customer service team at the earliest.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address details or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • If the customer fails to respond to our re-shipping communication within 7 days, the order will be considered canceled, and refund eligibility will be subject to Reena Tex’s discretion.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We strive to ensure all items are securely packaged.
  • In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or assistance.
  • Please share unboxing pictures or videos if your order arrives damaged or incomplete. This helps us process your replacement claim faster.
